These are our published starting points for standard commercial systems in our Central Florida service area. Put every system on one agreement and one schedule — multi-system and multi-property portfolios are discounted.
We walk the property (about an hour), inventory every system, and hand you a written list of every required frequency and every gap — whether or not you hire us.
Starting-at pricing assumes standard commercial systems, normal business hours, and reasonable device and riser counts. Final pricing is based on device count, number of risers and systems, building height, site access, and travel. Deficiency repairs, parts, permits, and AHJ fees are quoted separately.
